I tell you the truth, unless a kernel of wheat is planted in the soil and dies, it remains alone. But its death will produce many new kernels—a plentiful harvest of new lives. (John 12:24)
We are like the seed. We have so much life available to us, but we must first be buried in the good soil that Christ has fertilized with His very blood, sweat and tears. When we accept what Jesus has already done for us, we slowly begin to come to life – what was once lifeless is now budding into a new creation!
Only if we are removed from the package of sin that encases us, can we unleash the life that is waiting to burst forth from us. Come all who are tired of the lifeless existence in this world – die to yourself, be buried in the fertile soil of Christ, and let the Spring of Life raise you up to bask in the Son’s Light. Only then can you produce a harvest worthy of His Sacrifice.
